Do you feel as good as you wished you did?

If not, then why not consider nature therapy, as a drug free way to good health?

Nature therapy is now accepted as an effective way to deal with many health problems. In Japan they have a word, “shizen” which means nature and this is linked to the belief that we are all connected to
nature.

They therefore take every opportunity to live their lives as connected to nature as possible, and that an imbalance in either result in both suffering. This coupled with the many of the Japanese philosophies which combine to promote long happy lives to help people achieve their goal of feeling as good as they wished they did.

It is no wonder that nature, and especially trees is at the heart of my unique system, The Way of the Trees, and all the modalities I use to help people feel better, be healthier, build resilience and even live longer, happier lives.

It starts with an assessment to establish where you are now, what needs working on and then I create a plan for us to work from to help you achieve your goals. Further assessments can be done throughout the therapy to ensure we are on track and making progress.
