Online Resources for Schools
Where nature comes alive!
As a teacher, you will know that it is always easier to pass on knowledge to someone wanting to learn. This is where these online resources come in, built from years of experience in schools.
They are designed to inspire and help build on what your pupils started during our school visits.
Further resources are being created as stand-alone units, so watch this space!
ASKING GOOD QUESTIONS
Being able to ask good questions is a skill that can help you in school and on into adult life.
The sooner you learn the better, and this resource will help children develop the skill as they learn about nature.
This resource uses a video to teach the children how to use the cards which come in a downloadable format and suggestions for the teacher on how to use them.
Tedworth, a school that used the programme, said they were "amazed at how it engaged the children and encouraged even the quietest mouse to speak out”.
NATURE
Wildwood Series
Deep in the wildwood there is a world past, present and future where children can discover the magic that is nature.
This online resource is linked to Key Stage 1 and 2 topics in the curriculum, and each unit is able to be used independent of the others.
It will help to bring nature alive and inspire children to learn more.
These are the first of many units - all of which are available for school-wide use.

If you have ever thought that, then this online resource is ideal for you.
There will be many Key Stage 1 and 2 time periods in history to come, and each unit is able to be used independent of the others.
It will help to bring history alive and inspire children to learn more.
