Hello and welcome to April, at last we are seeing the promise of summer to come, let us hope it is a good summer.
I recently worked with a company who have two people off from long-term sickness and they were really struggling, both with the cost of paying the absent members and then can you afford to replace them all be it short term.

In the case of this company their staff were both off due to health conditions related to stress. One with recurring headaches and fatigue due to lack of sleep, the other suffered with IBS and anxiety. The company contacted both and suggested they might like to try the therapy I offered.

They agreed and we met up two days later, very quickly they began to feel better, the meds they were taking which weren’t really helping could be stopped. I was able to use nature to get them back in balance and teach them useful skills and how to use nature to help keep themselves healthy and happy.

Young workers are more likely to choose a company that offers a good wellness plan, and nature-based ones are preferred. It not only helps to keep your work force fit and well, encourages new staff to work for you, it also helps retain those you already have. Research has shown that the cost of having an effective nature-based wellness plan is a worthwhile expense and that you get more back than you pay out.

With my Way of the Tree, it is so much more than just a nature-based wellness plan it can also encompass promoting an ethos of engagement with the company, nature and going green. It is easier to go green if your team is onboard with the idea.
