To Sleep and Dream a Thousand Dreams!

I want to start with a story, I love them and find they are useful in so many ways. I hope you find this helpful, or if you know someone for whom it might be please feel free to pass it on to them. This story could be about anyone, it could be you.
You, an average person, possibly married, perhaps kids, travel to work in an office each day, there was a time when you enjoy the work, not sure now.
The alarm goes off, you hit the snooze button,
“Just a few more minutes!”
You hit the off button instead, 20 minutes later and you are now running late. In record time you are up dressed and ready to leave, no time for breakfast, have a quick coffee to get you going and then get something on the way! The traffic was dreadful, nose to tail, road works, holdups, angry drivers, you grab another coffee and hope you can make it through the day.
Once at your desk your boss asks how the project is doing and checks it will be ready for tomorrow morning. You have forgotten all about it, “No problem, it will be ready”, you lie and resign yourself to working through lunch again, and into the evening to get it done.
You spend the whole day at your desk with no coffee breaks, eat as you work, struggling to focus as the day wears on. You find yourself making more mistakes and everything seems to take so long to do, but finally it’s the end of the day. Another bad journey home, having grabbed a takeaway to eat so you can carry on working. Finally, you are done, time to relax, what will it be a computer game or watch the telly and have a drink?
Eventually you go to bed, lights out, and hope for a good night’s sleep, but no, another disturbed night just like last night and, in fact you start to wonder when you last had a good night’s sleep. The alarm goes off and it all starts again!
This story is based on ones I hear so often, people who feel tired, go to bed only to toss and turn, or drop off but wake in the night and can’t go back. Either way they wake up tired and struggle to get through the day, each day seems harder than the previous one.
If any of that sounds familiar and you would love to be able to sleep well at night, awake refreshed and ready for the day. Then there is an answer, and it doesn’t involve any medicines, yet it is the best medicine in the world. I have a unique system which can help people improve their sleep, health and performance at work.
Sleep is not an elusive butterfly if you know where to look, this is one of my therapy rooms, where we can find that butterfly. The place to look is nature, and that is where I come in, I have done a lot of research into the how and why of sleep to be able to help my clients. Creating my wonderful system of nature, latest research and old practices to help capture that butterfly and thus help you get a sound night’s sleep.
It is about making lots of small changes gradually, to how you live and work. These come together to have a big positive impact on your life. So if you want to capture that butterfly and start sleeping better why not contact me, I’d love to hear from you.
