This is a series of articles involving past clients who with their names changed are happy for me to tell their story in the hope it will help other people.
In this case my client, whom I shall call Fred.
Fred is a complimentary practitioner I met at a networking group, and he was curious about what I did.
We arranged to meet at my place and chatted over a cupper in my therapy room. After a while I suggested he have a sample session, and we went out into neighbouring woods, where I took him through a sample session.
He was amazed how different he felt afterwards. Refreshed, relaxed, with clarity and focus, but without the tiredness he felt after mediating. When he went home, he found he could bowl through his paperwork with ease and was relaxed and calm around his family.
He returned for a few more sessions where not only did he improve generally but also, he learnt how to be able to use nature himself to keep on the even keel.
He’d been taking on his client’s problems and whereas they went home feeling better he had been suffering. I told him that he need to take better care of himself and fortunately, the trees love hearing all your troubles.
I spoke with him recently and he has continued doing well and has been teaching his kids about the wonder of nature.
Nature has the power to help us heal our mind, body and spirit, also to reduce the likelihood of becoming unwell. It teaches us resilience and how to cope with all the pressures of our modern lives. There has never been a more important time to look after yourself, and nature has the power to help you.
If you or someone you know is not being the best version of themselves, struggling with life, wants to change aspects of their lives, in short to be happy.
Why not contact me and discover the joys that await you.
Join me next month for another case file, perhaps this might sound like you.
