Nature Connectivity
Wouldn’t it be amazing if feeling better was as simple as a walk in the park?
Well, it can be!
As a concept it started in Japan, quickly spread to other countries, and now it is here in Britain!
It is called Nature Connectivity or Connectedness, and it is a way of improving your life, your health, your wellbeing. It is a place of discovery and finding happiness.
Whether you are an individual, a couple or part of the corporate world, it can help you as nature is a place full of awe and wonder.
It lifts the spirit, heals the body, and inspires the mind.
So, stop a while, open your mind, embrace what is there and enjoy all it offers.

Welcome to Nature Gives - and the fact that you are reading this means you would probably like to make some change or improvement to your life, such as:
Gaining more balance and harmony in your life.
Becoming calmer, able to relax and build resilience.
Gain clarity, focus, energy and motivation.
An improvement in your mental and/or physical health.
Discovering who you really are and where you fit in.
A different way of life that is kinder to the planet, gives you fulfilment and satisfaction.
When you look to connect to nature there are many routes available. I teach Meditation, Mindfulness, Shinrin Yoku (a.k.a. 'Forest Bathing'). Plus 'Chowa', a collection of Japanese Philosophies, to help people cope with the fast pace of this modern world and thus gain the benefits of nature.
Extensive research has shown the benefits of each, with Shinrin Yoku offering the most. However, I have found bringing all these together increases the benefits.

Testimonials

“I have been suffering for quite a while and seen a few people but with no luck, coming to you was the best thing I ever did. I am feeling so much better now and will continue once a month for a while longer there are a few other things for you and nature to deal with.”
