Shinrin Yoku 

A series of private and small group walks in Ross-on-Wye, the Forest of Dean and Dymock woods (depending on numbers). 
 
We run Shinrin Yoku walks regularly, so please get in touch to find out when the next one is. 
 
Private sessions are best for a specific targeted approach. These last approximately 1 hour plus time for a tea ceremony and cost £60. 
 
Group sessions are ideal for deep relaxation. These last 90 minutes plus time for a tea ceremony and cost from £15 each, minimum 5 people. 

Nature Pampers  

Full and half day Nature Pampers are a fabulous way to relax, unwind and have a great experience. 
 
They are suited to private sessions where it’s all about you and specific problems can be dealt with, but they are also ideal for two friends or a couple who simply wish to reconnect. 
 
Nature Pampers can be tailored to suit your needs, and can be booked during the week or on weekends, subject to availability. 
 
They costs from £80 per person for a half day, and from £130 per person for a full day. 
 
Note: If you wish to arrange a longer stay in the area, please enquire about accommodation. 
 
Half Day 
 
Shinrin Yoku Walk, plus any two of the following: 
Meditation 
Mindfulness 
Qi Gong 
Facial with natural products 
Half hour in Hot Tub 
 
The session finishes off with the tea ceremony and an opportunity to reflect on the session, and lasts approximately two and a half hours. 
 
This costs £95 per person privately, or for groups (maximum 4 people) the cost is £80 per person. 
 
Full Day 
 
Shinrin Yoku Walk, plus any four of the following: 
Meditation (single or double session split) 
Mindfulness (single or double session split) 
Qi Gong 
Facial with natural products 
Half hour in Hot Tub 
 
The full day includes a beverage and cake upon arrival. You enjoy lunch at around midday, and the day finishes off with the tea ceremony and an opportunity to reflect on the session. 
 
The entire session lasts approximately five hours. 
 
The cost is £170 per person privately, or for groups (maximum 4 people) it costs £130 per person.

Our next Mindfulness course is starting at the end of May and will consist of 4 sessions of approx. 90 minutes. It is suitable for beginners and for those who have done a bit and would like to learn more.

The classes are kept small, only 6 people, to ensure you get the most out of it. The cost of the course is £60, which works out at just £15 per session, with everything you will need provided in the cost, including notes to support the learning.
