How Do I Help?
People rarely have a single problem which can be dealt with one single therapy. I have created a unique system called the Way of the Tree, which combines a number of practices all with a long pedigree and more recently a lot of research.
At the heart of this is nature and the ancient belief of Shizen, the idea that we are all connected to nature emotionally, spiritually and physically as it to us. I know the benefits I have had from nature and using nature to help others cope with life’s problems and effects on people. I also know how debilitating conditions like stress, anxiety, depression and a sense of being overwhelmed can be.
If they are not treated, they can lead to many physical conditions like headaches, IBS, lack of energy, concentration, poor immune system and more. Many people do not like taking drugs and for them nature provides a prescription without side effects.
I created my unique system of Natural Therapy, the Way of the Tree. Combines the healing properties of nature especially trees, with the modalities like Shinrin Yoku, meditation and mindfulness that I am qualified in. I also use ancient and well proven aspects of Japanese philosophy like Ikigai, Wabi Sabi and Kaisen. I am also approved by the Complimentary Medical Association.
