MEET THE TEAM!

Nadine Carr, FSNC

I am Nadine from Nature Gives, and as a Fellow of the Society for Nature Connectivity, I help people learn how to connect to nature in a variety of ways. Their reasons for wishing to connect may vary, but they always gain so much more than they expected to.

I am passionate about nature and have seen so many times the differences it can make in someone’s life.

Having discovered how nature can help improve one’s mental and physical health, I went on to qualify in a number of different practices.

After many years helping others, I have been able to create my own unique system of Nature Connectivity. This enables me to help people deal with so many of our modern-day issues beyond their health.

I now work with the National Trust on many of their sites, plus other locations to help people make the connection with nature and then gain the benefits.

I am so lucky to have a job I love where I can help people to be as happy as they can, feel as good as they wished they did and ultimately learn to “tread softly upon this earth”!

If you would like to find out more, please contact me today. I am looking forward to helping you.

Andrew Carr

Hi, I am Andrew, and I turn pieces of wood into beautiful bowls, plates, goblets and more. I love working with wood and discovering what is hidden within a rough hunk of wood.

There is so much more though to the pieces I create; they have the ability to help people feel better and work to support the work Nadine does. Wood holds its beneficial properties just as the essential oils of herbs do.

This means that people who have been to Nadine for a therapy session can use the objects I make to continue the healing process. Some of the bowls are suitable for holding our natural pot pourri with our unique fragrance of the forest. This enables people to use several senses to help themselves, like looking, touching and smelling both the bowl and its contents.
